Quantify to Captivate: The Power of Numbers on Your Résumé

I've been trying to think of something along the lines of 'if it bleeds, it leads' to describe how important it is to include numbers on your resume. Here are my ideas so far ➡️


✔️ If it's got a number, don't let it slumber.

✔️ If you have a percent, use it to represent.

These are clearly awful, but you get the point. Numbers and percentages aren't there just to highlight wins and accomplishments (although that's important) but to show the scale of your work.

I can't say how much this matters - especially when you want to work for an organization that's larger and have more responsibility.

Show them you can handle it. Use those numbers.
